Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Software Delivery
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Software Delivery to join our AI squad, the team that builds our newest products and integrations with AI agents. You will be part of the engineering team and work day to day inside the squad, with a clear focus: software built with agents must reach our customers with the same quality, security and reliability as everything else we ship. You apply our engineering standards to agent-driven delivery, build the skills and checks that keep agents within them, and help refine those standards as we learn what works. Alongside that, you help the squad deliver its features. How reliably Yields ships trustworthy AI governance software built with AI agents will depend on your work.
How you'll make an impact
- Apply our engineering standards to agent-driven delivery, so quality is built in by design rather than checked at the end.
- Build security into the agentic delivery process: static analysis (SAST), dependency and container vulnerability scanning, and CVE triage and remediation across the stack.
- Build reusable agent skills that give the squad consistent, proven ways of working across projects.
- Implement multi-agent workflows: how work is handed over between agents, where people review and how failures are contained.
- Trial new practices and tooling in real delivery and report what works, so the squad and the engineering team adopt what is proven.
- Help the AI squad deliver its features, from new products to integrations such as an MCP server.
- Share what you learn with the squad, and work with the security champions of our other products to compare how each team delivers and take the best of both.
What we're looking for
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- 5+ years of software development experience as a generalist, comfortable across backend, frontend and database work, including building production systems.
- Hands-on experience with agentic development: you have already experimented with coding agents, agent frameworks or LLM tooling and want to turn that into a disciplined way of delivering software.
- A self-starter who is excited by this way of building software and finds the next problem without waiting to be pointed at it.
- A systematic mindset. You test ideas against real delivery before you recommend them, and you change your view when the evidence says so.
- A pragmatic, collaborative professional who explains trade-offs clearly and works well with people from other teams.
- A strong affinity for AI-driven software and eagerness to learn about model risk management and AI governance.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an absolute must.
- Experience with software security practices, such as static analysis, vulnerability management or CVE remediation, is a strong plus. This is an area you will work on and build knowledge in from day one.
- Experience with test automation is a plus.
