Product Manager

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Build a cohesive, high-level roadmap by combining market research, Customer Success feedback, and regulatory changes (e.g., SR 11-7, TRIM)
• Develop the internal product vision, ensuring all feature development aligns with the long-term goals
• Identify recurring needs across diverse customer requests, prioritizing modular and scalable solutions that serve the entire market rather than building bespoke features for individual clients
• Lead continuous discovery efforts - regularly interviewing users and prospects to validate assumptions before they hit the shaping phase

Product Shaping & Strategic Triage

• Filter and categorize all incoming feature requests evaluating trade-offs to ensure maximum value is added to the product
• Shape high-level functional concepts 2-3 sprints in advance, defining the core logic, business rules, and success metrics for already committed features
• Support Customer Success by transforming high-level client requests into validated functional concepts through collaborative iteration with users, ensuring solutions remain both technically feasible and strategically aligned
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure features are feasible and fit the appetite early in the shaping process

Functional Orchestration & Validation

• Guide the daily priorities of the Functional Analyst and UI/UX Designer, providing the necessary functional context for them to produce detailed specifications and designs
• Act as the final functional sign-off for all detailed analysis and UI/UX artifacts, ensuring that the final "blueprints" fulfill the strategic intent and customer needs
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure a constant pipeline of implementation-ready features is maintained
• Develop a product documentation strategy, focusing on release impact and high-level logic, while delegating technical specifications to the Functional Analyst

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the voice of the product internally and externally
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to support go-to-market activities
• Present product updates and roadmap to executive leadership and key clients

Market & Domain Expertise

• Stay current on trends in model risk management, financial regulation, and enterprise software
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiators

• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience working in or with financial institutions is a strong plus
• Familiarity with model risk management, risk frameworks (SR 11-7, TRIM), or regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or GitHub).
