First joint project: itsme®
The partnership came to life through an AI Governance Fast Track program at itsme®, a hands-on initiative designed to help organisations quickly understand their AI landscape and governance needs. During the program, we worked with itsme®‘s teams to identify high-risk AI applications, assess governance maturity, and prepare for upcoming regulation such as the EU AI Act.
Building the next phase
Following the Fast Track, itsme® is developing a long-term approach to strengthen and scale AI governance across the organisation.
The focus is on embedding governance into existing structures and decision-making processes, ensuring that AI innovation continues in a controlled and transparent way.
By combining clear accountability with a culture of continuous improvement, itsme® is building the foundations for responsible AI that grows with the organisation.
