Your role as UX/UI designer
As our UX/UI Designer, you’ll shape how users experience Yields. From uncovering pain points to creating engaging interfaces, you’ll turn insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs. You’ll help grow our design system, improve user flows, and make sure our products are both intuitive and visually appealing, all while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team in the fast-moving world of Model Risk Management and AI Governance.
How you’ll make an impact
- Investigate and understand the pain points of our users
- Work on raising the user engagement through UI improvements
- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces
- Translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency
- Continuously test and improve user flows based on feedback and analytics
What we’re looking for
- Experience in UX and UI design for digital products
- You’re user-centered but understand business needs
- You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- You’re a clear communicator and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams
- Technical skills:
- Figma (or Adobe XD)
- Basic understanding of frontend development technologies (html, css, javascript)
- Basic understanding of development cycles
- Nice-to-have:
- Photoshop (or equivalent)
- Illustrator (or equivalent)
