About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partnership/Channel Manager to join our team. You will be working closely with our CEO in order to build, develop and manage relationships with key partners to enhance business growth, product offerings, and customer satisfaction through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
At Yields, we manage a variety of partnerships such as collaborations with large international & boutique consultancy firms as well as with technology providers. In addition, as we are serving the MRM community, we also maintain strong ties with a variety of community partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys staying hands-on and is motivated to make a meaningful impact for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and Build Partnerships: Identify and reach out to potential channel and strategic partners that align with our business goals.
- Develop and Execute Plans: Create tailored partnership strategies for new relationships, focusing on mutual benefits and long-term success and to increase revenue.
- Negotiate Agreements: Draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts and agreements to ensure clarity and alignment on goals.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to develop tools, resources, and joint offerings to support partner success.
- Partnership enablement: Provide partners with onboarding, training, and resources to ensure a successful collaboration.
- Monitor Progress: Track the success of partnership launches and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Nurture Relationships: Serve as the primary contact during the early phases of the partnership, ensuring seamless communication and trust-building.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications:
- At least 5Y of experience in partnership/channel management, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of working in a start-up/scale-up organization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for partnership success.
- Analytical skills to assess partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience building partner programs in an enterprise SaaS/Cloud environment
- Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
- Knowledge of the financial institutions ecosystem is an advantage.
- Experience in model risk management, model development/ model validation is a plus
